What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in: you, your team, and your CA if you give them a Viewer sign-in. Your customers never need one.
Is there a limit on invoices?
No. Invoices, customers, items, payments and expenses are unlimited on every plan.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Only how many people can sign in, and priority support on Business. Every feature is on every plan.
Monthly or yearly?
The same product either way. Paying yearly costs 2 months less than paying monthly for a year.
Is GST included?
No. Prices are shown before GST, which is added to the bill.
Do I need a Razorpay account?
Only for the Pay Now button. Without one, cbFinn still sends every invoice with your bank details printed on it.
Can my CA use it?
Yes. Give them a Viewer sign-in to see everything without changing anything, and send them the monthly statement from Reports.
